ይህ ብሎግ ለጻድቁ አባ ሊባኖስ መታሰቢያ ነው፡፡በ5ኛው ክፍለዘመን የሮማውያን ዜጋ የነበሩት አባ ሊባኖስ እስከ ኢትዮጵያ ድረስ በመጓዝ ገዳማትን በመገንባት እና ብዙ ሰዎችን በጸበል በመፈወስ ይታወቃሉ፡፡ ዛሬ ፈውሱ የሚያተኩረው በአካላዊ ላይ ብቻ ነው ፡፡ በዚህ ብሎግ ውስጥ ያለው ጽሑፍ ማህበራዊ ፣ ቁሳዊ ፣ ሥነ-ልቦናዊ ወይም መንፈሳዊ ቢሆን በሁሉም የሕይወት ዘርፎች ላይ ያተኩራል ፡፡ እነዚህ ሁሉ ገጽታዎች ከእምነት ጋር የተሳሰሩ ናቸው ፡፡
